Congrats chief
Yes it's true the Chief got an award from city council for his 30 years of service and excellent leadership. That 10% approval rate must not apply to the people on city council.
We need to take a stand AGAINST this council member. We need to strongly endorse the one running against him. Do whatever it takes to get him out of office.
